If you have any questions or prefer to place your order through email, send Tristan a message today and he will be happy to assist with any part of the process, whether it be choosing the ideal medium, narrowing down your photo selection and even creating custom mockups with photos of your space.
Placing an order? In addition to size and medium, please include photo names (or links or screenshots, whichever is easiest for you).
Tristan will personally get back to any inquiries as soon as he can. Keep an eye on your spam folder, just in case! Often he can respond to inquiries within 24 hours, but if he's away on a trip during peak hiking and camping season (June to October), it could take a week or longer.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders typically arrive within 2-4 weeks of order confirmation. Each print is custom-made by a professional lab, so timing depends on size, medium, and current lab queues. ChromaLuxe typically takes the longest. Rush options may be available - just ask when ordering if you require this.
Are the prints open or limited edition?
Unless otherwise noted, prints are open edition to keep fine art photography affordable and accessible. Limited editions are clearly marked.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. The size ranges listed are the standard minimum and maximum for each medium - custom dimensions within those ranges are available. In some cases it may be possible to go larger, but it will require a custom quote. Contact for specifics.
Do you offer framing?
Framing isn't included with fine art paper prints, but Tristan can recommend trusted framers in the Vancouver area. Canvas, ChromaLuxe, and acrylic prints arrive ready to hang.
Can I see a mockup of a print in my space?
Yes - send a photo of the wall or room and Tristan will create a custom mockup before you order. This service is free.
Do you offer trade pricing for interior designers?
Yes. Trade pricing is available for interior designers, decorators, and commercial buyers placing multi-print orders. Contact for details.
Can I license a photograph instead of buying a print?
Yes - commercial and editorial licensing is available. See the Licensing page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, outside Canada and the USA, please use the contact form above to place an order. Tristan will arrange production at the lab closest to you to avoid customs and shipping fees, however the cost for international orders still requires a custom quote as printing prices vary worldwide.
