Lux Gloria: Chasing Conditions in Golden Ears Provincial Park and How to Predict Light Rays for Landscape Photography
Light rays are one of those things that every landscape photographer goes nuts for, but actually getting a nice photo of them is easier said than done! Out of all the forest photos in my portfolio, only four of them have light rays, and only one of those five—Lux Gloria—has rays of real significance. Visiting the North Shore Giant
The North Shore Giant in all its glory. The North Shore Giant was discovered in Lynn Headwaters Regional Park by Vancouver-based big tree hunters Colin Spratt and Ian Thomas last year and is now the fourth-widest known tree in Canada, clocking in at a stunning 5.8 meters in diameter.
