No returns are accepted, however if your print is damaged or lost in transit, a new one will be made and sent out! In the event you don't want a replacement, a refund will be given.
All prints are archival and museum-quality. However, as with all print products, please avoid displaying them in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time. Do not write on your prints with pens, as the ink can eventually bleed or cause the paper to discolor. If you need to write on a print, use a good old-fashioned pencil!
To store or transport your print, keep it safe with bubble wrap or acid-free craft paper.
Care must be taken when cleaning your print before it's framed. The easiest way to remove dust is to use compressed air.
